After four and a half years of focused work, Bobby Hill, Vanguard Ministries’ founder and International Director, has completed his doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University’s Fischler School of Education. His degree is a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Nonprofit Management. The capstone of his studies included a dissertation that studied the correlation between leadership vision and organizational commitment among local churches.
