 Dr. Bobby Hill
With over 35 years in church and ministry leadership, Dr. Hill’s passion is equipping and releasing leaders. Bobby’s teaching combines a successful track record of leading churches of all sizes with the knowledge base gained from his MA in Practical Theology (Regent University) and a EdD in Organizational Leadership (Nova Southeastern University). His teaching style is practical, biblical, and challenges people to pursue their full potential.

 Dr. Clarence McPherson
Dr. McPherson received his PhD in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and has pastored churches since age 19. He is the founding and Senior Pastor of Turning Point Church in Virginia Beach, Virginia. His passionate teaching style brings revelation from God’s Word that has impacted churches and leaders in the US, Nigeria, and Singapore.

 Dr. Matt Kutz
Dr. Kutz (Ph.D. in Global Leadership) is an author, award-winning professor, consultant & life coach, leadership scholar, husband, and father. Matt’s life-long passions are to help build the local church and equip believers to effectively advance the Kingdom of God. Matt’s experiences encompass a diversity of leadership roles including elder, interim pastor, assistant pastor, church administrator, and director of a network. A productive writer, Dr. Kutz has written over two dozen articles and a college textbook. Matt has been published in peer-reviewed journals and popular trade magazines including, Regent Global Business Review, Leadership Review, Charisma Magazine, Church Business, and others. Matt has served as a professor at several universities and is currently an Assistant Professor at Bowling Green State University in the College of Education and Human Development.

 Dr. Carlton McLeod
Pastor Carlton Christopher McLeod was born in Columbia, S.C. He joined the Navy in 1987 and was stationed in Virginia Beach, where he reached the rank of O-3 before the Lord called him to leave the military and serve the church full time. In 1997 he planted a church in Chesapeake where he now serves as the Senior Pastor of Calvary Revival Church of Chesapeake, VA. Dr. McLeod also serves as the Executive Director of the Calvary Alliance of Churches and Ministers. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Physics from Hampton University, and Master of Theology and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Andersonville Theological Seminary.
